Romantic Ruffles

When I first saw this dress in the White House Black Market catalog I thought, awweeeee!. I know cheesy but it's just so adorable. I love ruffles if you haven't noticed and this dress screams spring time. (I just can't wait for the warmer weather, I have had enough of the cold and snow around the Jersey Shore!) I can see my self wearing this at a formal bbq or garden party. Very fun!
